Raffles Online Event Bookings: Pricing & Fee Structure

Overview of Fees

• Listing Fee (Vendor): R250 per event (charged upfront or per listing cycle)

• Platform Commission: 2.5% deducted from the gross ticket sale value

• Bank & Processing Fee: 2.95% covering payment gateway and transaction processing costs

• Customer Ticket Fee: R5 added on top of the ticket price and paid directly by the customer
